At Adriannula Studio, we create digital products that become instantly accessible after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final, except where refunds are required by applicable law or expressly provided in this Policy. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, purchases of digital products are non-refundable.

By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge that access to digital content is provided immediately after purchase.

2. Exceptions

Although refunds are generally not offered, Adriannula Studio may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, including:

you were charged more than once for the same order;
you did not receive access to the Product due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved;

applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.
