Visualization Services Terms

1. Scope of services

I provide architectural visualization services: photorealistic exterior views of single-family houses, prepared from a 3D model and materials supplied by the Client. The scope covers the number of views stated in the chosen package and the items listed in the package description.

The services are aimed primarily at businesses. Consumers retain the rights granted by law, which these terms do not limit.

2. Quote and conclusion of contract

Quotes are free of charge and valid for 14 days. The contract is concluded by email: the Client confirms the scope (number of views, deadline) and receives an order summary. Work starts once the pro forma invoice (useme) or a 50% deposit — where agreed — is paid.

3. Payment

Prices are quoted in PLN and are net; VAT is added to the invoice. EUR amounts are indicative and converted at the exchange rate on the payment date. Settlement is handled through useme (VAT invoice) or a separately agreed contract. The remaining 50% is payable before the full-resolution files are released.

4. Client materials

The Client provides a 3D model (OBJ, FBX, SKP or BLEND) with textures, plus plans and elevations as PDF. The Client confirms that they hold the rights to the supplied materials and is responsible for their accuracy. Geometry is approved at the working-model screenshot stage; changes made after that approval are chargeable.

5. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included; feedback is collected in one message per round. Further rounds are charged (PLN 150 per round). A design change after a view has been approved counts as a new order.

6. Timelines

Typically 7–10 working days for 3 views and 10–14 working days for 5 views, counted from receiving the complete materials and payment. Client-side delays extend the deadline. Express delivery is available on request with a 30–50% surcharge.

7. Delivery

Standard delivery is JPG files up to 4000 px on the long side in sRGB, via a download link active for 14 days. Print-ready files (TIFF 300 dpi, CMYK) and PNG with a transparent background are available at an additional charge. Watermarked JPG previews are sent earlier for approval.

8. Copyright

Upon full payment, I transfer the economic copyright in the visualizations to the Client, without time or territorial limits, for promotional and sales use. I retain the right to present the work in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Rights to third-party materials (model, textures) remain with their owners.

9. Cancellation and termination

The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If the Client cancels during production, they pay for the work completed (proportionally to the number of finished views). If I cancel for reasons on my side, I refund the amount for the views not produced.

10. Liability

A visualization is an artistic interpretation of the design. I am not responsible for errors in the design or in the supplied model, and I do not guarantee a specific commercial outcome. Total liability is limited to the fee paid for the given order.

11. Confidentiality

Client materials are used solely to complete the order and are not shared with third parties. On request, I sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before receiving the materials.

12. Complaints

Complaints are accepted within 14 days of delivery at hello@adriannula.com, as described in the Complaints Policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts; consumers retain their statutory rights.
